For the first time in the history of Shree Zalawadi Sthanakwasi Jain Sabha, a 6-night/7-day luxury tour was organized in September 2018.
The tour was proposed by the Sabha’s Joint Secretery Shri Mukeshbhai Shah (Chasmawala) as a way for the members to become more closeknit like a family. His proposal was accepted with gusto by a total of 97 members aged between 18 to 82 years, who claim to have had an amazing fun-filled time! Trustees, Secretary, Editor, Committee Members as well as various members who joined from different parts of Mumbai became like one large loving family during the course of this tour.
The tour seemed fit for a Royal: from the catered cuisine, excellent hotel, comfortable bus and wonderful management that was appreciated by everyone.
On Day 1 of the trip, after experiencing all the worthwhile sights of Jodhpur, the night was spent camping in a tent in Jaisalmer, which along with Rajasthani folk dances and its cultural programmes impressed and overwhelmed everyone.
On Day 2, they visited the famous Fort of Jaisalmer, its Haveli and other tourist spots. Later that night, a get-together of all members of the trip was arranged so that the members may get to know one another better.
On Day 3, i.e. the last day of the tour, Trustee Shree Praveenbhai Shah, Trustee Shree Maheshbhai Vora and Editor of Zalawadi Patrika Smt. Sandhayben Shah heartily appreciated the entire team for a great tour.
The planning of the Royal Rajasthan Tour had the full contribution of Shree Mukeshbhai Shah (Chasmawala), Mantri Shree Anilbhai Sanghvi, Mahavirnagar team as well as Mukeshbhai and Hiteshbhai of Andheri.
Enthusiastic members of Shree Zalawadi Sthanakwasi Jain Sabha have demanded the planning of such trips again in the very near future!
