    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    FOR HIGHER STUDY IN INDIA & FOREIGN STUDY EDUCATION LOAN

    1. The applicant must fullfil a minimum standard of graduation or equivalent of any recognized University / Board / Institution. This form must be read carefully and required details are to be filled in by the Applicant herself / himself.
    2. The applicant must have secured minimum 60% or more marks in all the Board / College / University Examinations Commencing form standard 10th onwards examination / Special test etc.
    3. Submit complete Application Form duly signed with necessary documents.Incomplete application Shall Be Rejected. Only Members of Zalawadi Sabha Can apply For Education Loan.
    4. Applicant must arrange & give relevant details that he / she has already arranged or obtainedassurances for at least 50% of required TOTAL STUDY EXPENSES from other sources.
    5. The applicant shall produce a cerficate of good health and fitness form recognized medical praconer/ family doctor, if the student is going for Higher Education Aboard
    6. Applicant must have secured admission in a recognized college / institution for proposed studies.Cerfied Xerox Copy of such admission must be provided to the trust with the Application form
    7. On approval of your application you will be required to deposit with us in advance 25 cheques of equal instalment for repayment of Loan. No Loose Cheques but Orignal Cheque Book Should be Deposited.
    8. Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs100/- with signature of student, Parents & Guarantor is Must for foreign Study (Format Will be given on approval of Loan)
    9. The applicant who has received Education Loan will have to Compulsory submit a certified copy of the progress report, marks etc. to the Trust Office regularly every six months ll completion of Course.
    10. The applicant must inform the change in his / her COURSE, COLLEGE, ADDRESS, CONTACT NOS,MOBILE NOS, E-mail, etc, immediately as and when it occurs / happens.
    11. After completion of study he / she must promptly furnish all relevant details of job / income / employment, address, contact, nos., E-mail etc to the Trust’s Office.
    12. Trustees / Secretaries reserve right to decide :
      (a) Quantum and Terms of financial assistance sancon amount or to reject without giving any reasons.
      (b) Changes in rules & regulaon as & when necessary and same shall be binding to all applicants.
    13. The Education Loan is subject to Mumbai Jurisdicon and law. The Mumbai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdicon to sele any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Education Loan.
